Do I build the website myself?
No. You choose a design and provide your business information, logo, and photos. We build the site for you.
Can you use a domain I already own?
Yes. We can connect an existing domain. If you need one, we can help with the technical setup.
Do I get professional email?
Yes. The plan includes up to 5 branded inboxes and up to 10 aliases or forwarders, subject to storage and acceptable-use limits.
Can I send newsletters from the included email?
No. Included inboxes are for normal business correspondence. Marketing and newsletter sending require a separate marketing service.
Are ongoing website changes included?
Yes. You get 30 days of reasonable changes after we show you the first completed version. Ongoing updates after that are available as paid services.
Can I add marketing tools later?
Yes. Lead collection, CRM, email marketing, social tools, and automation can be added later as your needs grow.
How long does my website take?
Most first drafts are ready for review within about 7 business days after we receive everything we need. Need it sooner? Rush setup may be available for an additional fee, with a target of about 3 business days depending on availability.
